Sallie Sherman, Ph.D.

Sallie Sherman is the president and CEO of S4 Consulting. She is an expert in helping organizational leaders unleash the power of their business relationships. She does this by helping bring about the complex changes needed to manage and grow a firm’s critical relationships as strategic assets. Sallie helps senior executives transform the way they approach business relationships, making business relationship management a powerful driver of business strategy.

Sallie has more than 25 years experience assessing the health of strategic business relationships then designing and guiding the implementation of relationship strategies/programs to ensure growth. In addition, she advises executives on relationship recovery issues—how to win back critical accounts—and has worked constantly to ensure organizational alignment to unleash the power of individuals, teams and organizations.

Sallie is co-author of the highly acclaimed The Seven Keys to Managing Strategic Accounts. She has been a visiting scholar at The Howe Graduate School of the Stevens Institute of Technology and was selected as one of "12 Women You Should Know" for 2005 by the Women's Economic and Leadership Development Organization.

Sallie earned a B.A. from Centre College, a master’s degree from Xavier University, and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
