Mr. Lovell is Managing Member and Chief Executive of Lovell Global Holdings LLC. He has over 35 years of domestic and international textile business experience and is well known and respected throughout the world textile industry. He has a proven track record and experience in putting together many acquisition and divestiture transactions of all sizes, from the simple to the complex.

Mr. Lovell founded and has owned his own companies in the United States and Europe since 1974. As President of these companies, he has managed many multi-million dollar transactions in the United States and overseas involving the sale or acquisition of textile and apparel businesses and major capital assets including machinery and real estate. He has also assisted companies from Europe, Asia and the United States in setting up operations in the United States or overseas respectively through acquisition, joint venture or from scratch. His clients include numerous prominent corporations and financial institutions from around the world.

During his career he has initiated and invested in a number of new business startups including the development and/or marketing of unique high tech textile products now used by the medical profession and NASA for the US Space Program and light weight body armor in service with the US Government. Recent or current marketing projects for two major overseas public companies include the marketing of home textiles in the USA and the merchandizing and marketing of high end Italian designed shirts in the USA, Europe and Asia manufactured in Romania and India.

Prior to forming his own companies, Mr. Lovell held executive positions with Fluor Daniel Corporation, Air Products and Chemicals Inc. and Stibbe International Inc. both in the United States and Europe.
